Getting Around

Britain's Heritage Cities are well served by air, road and rail. Once in Britain hiring a car is easy and means you can take your time exploring the countryside. But you don't necessarily need a car to explore our Heritage Cities. There are fast and frequent train services to and from major airports and also good train connections with London and between each city. Once in the cities, much can be explored on foot or by using local buses and tours.
